Transport Supervisor

Connect Driver Solutions are seeking a Transport Supervisor to work out of our client's Glasgow-based distribution centre.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (averaging 48 hours per week) Salary: £32,868 per annum (OTE around £35,000 per annum) Working as a Transport Supervisor: Delivering inductions and training for new staff Providing cover for the driving team when necessary Ensuring the vehicle fleet is compliant with daily obligations Various management and administrative duties Looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the fleet The successful Transport Supervisor will have previous experience in a similar supervisory role, as well as: A full CAT C/Class 2 licence Valid Digital Tacho and CPC card A good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role Excellent customer service and communication skills A valid forklift licence (preferred, but not essential) In return, you will receive a range of benefits, including: Discretionary bonus scheme Company benefits platform Pension scheme 28 days' holiday per annum (including bank holidays) Interested?
