Transaction Operations Specialist

As a Transaction Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line functional support to the business and our suppliers for our procurement systems.
This involves collaborating with a wide range of people to deliver outstanding customer service for our colleagues and suppliers.
You will be updating master data in the procurement system, monitoring and resolving transactions which have failed to complete successfully, and supporting users to create, process and maintain their PRs and POs.
Additionally, you will be managing Chatbots and assigning tickets to the relevant departments, raising change requests with the Finance Systems team where required, and partnering with them to test the changes.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme.
