Job Title: Transaction Manager Premium Car Brand Location: Edenbridge TN8 5NG Salary: 35000 car bonus OTE 66000 Full Time and Permanent role will involve working regular weekends Monday Saturday 8.30am6.00pm with one day off in the week and working 1 in 3 Sunday s 10.00am4.00pm Our client is an automotive retailer representing prestigious car Brands they have a total of 30 businesses providing sales service and accident repair services across Sussex Surrey Kent and Hampshire.
Established since 1931 they are a successful and progressive third generation family owned business.
They are now actively looking to recruit for a Transaction Manager for their premium and luxury dealership in Edenbridge.
The role of Transaction Manager is to achieve profit targets with the sales team whilst ensuring that the companies sales processes are followed and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities and Duties include: Distributing and managing sales leads Meeting customers at the negotiation stage of the sales process Producing finance quotes and proposals Partexchange appraisals and valuations Assisting the sales team with closing deals Reviewing sales team activity and follow up s Mentoring and developing the sales team Aim to achieve 100% customer referral with sales executive interaction Analyse current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement Assist the management team in planning forecasting trends and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis A proven track record in the vehicle sales environment is essential along with excellent customer communication skills.
This is the ideal role for a Senior Sales Executive to take their first step into Sales Management or someone who has previously held the position of either Transaction Manager or Business Manager.
A strong understanding of finance suppliers and packages is essential along with excellent negotiation skills and a full and valid driving licence.
