Metrea Management provides central services to 11 global business units via Operations, Solutions, Strategy, Legal, and Finance teams.
Position Summary Reporting directly to the Head of People Development, you will be instrumental in designing and leading our Management Development program.
You'll craft a tailored training roadmap that reflects the diverse needs of our teams across different cultures, businesses, and global locations.
You'll work closely with key stakeholders to understand the organization's needs, design impactful learning experiences, and travel across our offices in Europe and the US to deliver them in person.Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Head of People to create scalable, repeatable training around our FIRMWARE, our organic approach to embedding our company values into daily operations.

This position offers the potential for enormous impact, giving you the chance to shape the future of our people development efforts and drive lasting change across the business.Role and Responsibilities Design and Lead Management Development ProgramProgram Creation: Develop a comprehensive training roadmap tailored to the diverse needs of teams across different cultures, business functions, and global locations.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand organizational needs and craft impactful learning experiences.Training Delivery: Travel to different offices across Europe and the US to deliver in-person training sessions to ensure consistency and engagement.Entrepreneurial Role in People DevelopmentInnovative Program Design: Approach the role with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of building new programs from the ground up.Strategic Impact: Drive the overall people development strategy, with a focus on shaping the future of talent development and learning experiences within the organization.Adaptability: Be agile and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with the ability to respond to evolving business needs and challenges.Travel and Global CoordinationIn-Person Training: Frequent travel across offices in Europe and the US to deliver training sessions.Global Coordination: Work to harmonize the people development efforts globally, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and cultural initiatives.Continuous ImprovementProgram Iteration: Continuously assess the effectiveness of development programs and make improvements to better meet the organization's evolving needs.Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism to incorporate learnings from different teams and regions into future training programs.This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to designing and implementing people development initiatives while fostering a strong, values-driven organizational culture.Skills and Experience 3+ years of work experience in the design, delivery, and improvement of training A demonstrable love for all things learning, teaching and professional developmentA strong external network that informs best practice and cutting-edge thinkingProven track record in nurturing and advancing diverse talent, from hourly to salaried employeesProven experience in L&D, with a focus on learning design, strategic learning approaches to capability gaps and learning needs analysisSkill and experience in personally facilitating training sessions and workshopsPrevious experience of working with a hybrid workforce globally is highly desirableEntrepreneurial; Experience building content from scratch that they have adapted to the unique cultures, businesses and levels within their teamsSolutions focussed; Experience spotting opportunities and implementing change to become more effective or efficient both for the internal people team and the training experience.Over-deliver; Ruthless prioritisation ensuring that the highest value work has your focus.Previous experience of working with a hybrid workforce globally is highly desirableOur culture Metrea's single core value "rooted in humility" is supported by four key attributes; entrepreneurial, systematic, discerning & over-deliver which combined; form our Teammate Firmware, our culture.
