Training Coordinator : Training Coordinator

Details Job Purpose To provide a comprehensive and cost effective administrative support service to ensure the effective coordination of training delivery for all courses within The Academy.
Knowledge and Experience Have the ability to use initiative and make decisions on behalf of the team, when booking venues, outside speakers, community volunteers, etc., checking the training plan, room bookings and equipment to ensure effective training delivery in line with the Force Training Plan Priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as the post holder will be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the Academy, by telephone and in person.
Good time management skills in order to prioritise the needs of the training staff by working to strict deadlines.
