We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst .
Reporting to the Head of Core Systems , the SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst be an integral part of our Technology team.
You will focus on analysing, optimising, and enhancing our Order to Cash processes within the SAP system.
Analysing Order to Cash Processes: Recognise and propose areas within the Order to Cash process where automation can enhance efficiency and accuracy, reducing manual intervention and error rates.
~ Design, develop, and customise the SAP SD and FI modules.
Work on order processing, billing, credit management, and pricing procedures, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
~2nd and 3rd Line Support: System Configuration: Configure the SD and FI modules for optimal performance.
Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain functionality and data integrity.
~ Data Analysis and Reporting: Use reporting tools to generate insights and provide accurate data analysis on Order to Cash performance.
User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP SD and FI modules, ensuring effective system utilisation.
~ Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customisations, and development activities, ensuring compliance with standards.
~ Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs and ensure that changes and improvements to the Order to Cash process benefit them directly.
Proven experience as an SAP Order to Cash Functional Analyst with expertise in SD and FI modules.
In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and FI functionalities and their integration with other SAP modules.
Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes, including order management, billing, credit management, and pricing.
Proficiency in SAP configuration, customisation, and development tools.
Experience providing 2nd and 3rd line support for SD and FI-related issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
