Trainer - St John'S Ambulance St Austell

Job Description Brook Street is looking for confident Level 3 qualified First Aid to become first aid trainers for a permanent role in St Austell.
\n \n The Role: \n To deliver and assess a wide range of courses within the certain geographical region of St Austell e.g.
First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal, Mental Health etc \n Hours of Work: \n Full-time role.
This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, business hours however there may be the occasional evening or weekend work to meet our customers needs.
\n Salary: £24,188 \n Minimum Requirements: \n \n 5 GCSE's C or above including English and Maths (or equivalent) \n Level 3 in First Aid with assessing \n Driving licence and own vehicle (mileage paid) \n Confident and able to work on your own initiative \n Enhanced DBS check will be required \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Deliver training courses and conduct assessments to a professional and consistent standard \n Maintain own subject and professional competence in accordance with organisational and awarding body requirements \n Ensure that all equipment used is fit for purpose, is cleaned and stored in accordance with procedures and any faults or damage are reported \n Arrive in good time, prepare the training room, liaise with venue contacts and greet learners; and follow the relevant procedures at the training venue, including conducting dynamic risk assessments, and prompt collection and return of keys, materials and equipment where required \n \n\n Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
