Job Title: Trainee Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackpool Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £12.95 - £12.95 Per hour Job Duties: Assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons and activities Support individual students in their learning and development Help with classroom management and behaviour control Prepare materials and resources for lessons Assist with administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Education: Minimum of GCSE level education inc. English and Maths Experience: No prior experience required, training will be provided Knowledge and Skills: Basic understanding of educational principles Strong organisational skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Preferred Qualifications: GCSE in English and Maths - Willingness to complete Level 2 TA qualification Experience working with children or in an educational setting Working Conditions: Work in a school environment Full-time hours with occasional additional hours as needed Potential exposure to challenging behaviour from students All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
