We deliver service improvement projects that help teams to deliver what our customers need.
We also help customers to resolve complex issues that concern their housing.

Our offer As a Trainee Service Improvement Officer, you will support and deliver service improvement projects that help teams to deliver what our customers need.
We are a team with a great track record of developing new staff members.
If you join our team you may be doing the following: Presenting data within clear graphs and tables, and creating Powerpoint presentations for different audiences.
Producing clear, easy-to-follow procedures and process maps.
Creating phone-call scripts and templates to improve customer access.
Capturing resident views through targeted customer surveys.
Writing high-quality responses to Councillors and MPs about residents' housing issues.
You will also get involved with a range of other activities, for example working with colleagues to identify improvements for our customers.
On this 12-month fixed-term contract, we'll support you to learn on the job, and will arrange training to help you to develop.
