IT Talent are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our IT brand in our Reading Headquarters.
No previous recruitment experience is needed as our Management team will get you up to speed on everything there is to know on how to recruit in a consultative way.
It's essential you are a driven, motivated and happy to put in the hard graft so you can succeed as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
What your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at IT Talent will look like: Full cycle recruitment consultant role.
Ownership over your entire desk.
Hunting for new business opportunities, seeing the sales cycle through, converting your own leads.
Regular client and candidate meetings to nurture business relationships.
Negotiating terms of business and consulting our clients about what we do differently.
Understanding client and candidate needs to effectively provide a solution for both parties.
Keeping in regular contact with clients and candidates to ensure they're happy with our service and to understand further upcoming projects we can assist with.
