Associate Recruitment Consultant – Leeds £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum + Commission Search is hiring Associate Recruitment Consultants to join our Leeds office!
*Exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is looking to build themselves a career in a fast paced and rewarding environment* As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities through B2B sales and business development, as well as sourcing new candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
You will receive award-winning training from our dedicated Talent Development team, who will support you at every step of your career with Search.
These training programmes are designed to quickly develop your skills as a beginner.
In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which includes an uncapped commission structure with a 0% threshold.
Commission payments are paid up to 40% of the revenue you generate, and you will have the opportunity to benefit from our Golden Ticket incentive, where you can earn up to £500 in lifestyle vouchers.
