Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a dedicated SHEQ Manager to lead our clients commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities Develop training programmes, strategies and processes to improve the companies Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate responsibility performance.
Lead training programs to foster a culture of safety among all employees.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HSE.
Analyze incident reports and safety performance metrics, providing actionable insights to prevent future occurrences.
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and maintain all necessary documentation.
Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field is desirable.
Proven experience in HSE management within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent HSE qualification is highly desirable.
