We are seeking a positive, dynamic, and proactive Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities * Driving sales through marketing, social media, and calls * Filling shifts with suitable candidates * Booking staff into the office for registration * Managing and growing existing client relationships * Ensuring compliance with all right-to-work protocols * Most importantly: Have fun while doing your job!
Salary: * £24,000 - £30,000 OTE + inclusive of an attractive bonus package About You The ideal candidate will: * Preferably have a full driver's licence and access to a vehicle (expenses will be compensated) * Be positive, energetic, and ready to take on new challenges We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experience levels!
