What the Traineeship Offers: CIPD Level 3 through an online, self-paced learning environment Full tutor-support Guaranteed remote work experience The Process Training -> CIPD Level 3 qualification -> Work Experience Who Should Apply Anyone who is interested in a career in human resources, irrespective of prior experience or knowledge, but is willing to go through a training programme prior to being introduced to an employer.
Requirements No prior experience or knowledge in HR necessary Individuals must be willing to study for their CIPD Level 3 through e-Careers, which will be delivered through a part-time, online training programme before starting work in a HR role.
