The role The Traffic department at Live & Breathe works as a conduit, the go to department that glues the agency workflow together , it connects the client services department to other departments within the agency.
As Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating resource across multiple locations within a busy and fast paced agency.
You will be ensuring work moves through the agency in the most efficient way, managing planning within a range of departments, overseeing briefs and project resources as well as owning the management of freelance bookings and budgets.
Due to the volume and variety of projects and teams you'll be managing at once, you will be someone that thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment , highly organised and able to quickly adapt to come up with the most efficient solution.
You'll be working with people across the agency, at all levels and so you'll be a confident communicator , able to both build relationships whilst also making some tough calls.
Key skills and experience Experience working within a busy agency environment, managing traffic and resource A strong understanding of how an advertising agency operates.
Highly organised Ability to plan ahead Detail orientated – able to get all relevant information on briefs that would impact resource decisions Experience using software for workflow (Synergist experience would be advantageous) Strong communicator – unafraid to have difficult conversations but fair in your approach and able to maintain relationships; coming up with the best decision for the agency and articulating clearly.
