Job Details Job Opportunity: FP&A ManagerOur client, a rapidly growing PE-backed business in the Insurance sector, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager.
This role involves financial planning and analysis for their commercial/corporate division.
The business has a turnover of £75m, over 500 employees, and is growing at 20% per annum.Key Responsibilities:Align strategy and performance managementProvide high-quality budgeting, forecasting, and reportingDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including Anaplan implementationBusiness partnering across the commercial divisionExperience & Qualifications:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)3+ FP&A experienceExperience as a Finance Business PartnerBackground in financial services, insurance or other service sector businesses is desirable Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential and experience with Anaplan is highly desirable.
