Tractor Driver

JWE Banks Ltd is a 3000ac family owned farm in south Lincolnshire growing a range of combinable crops, energy crops and sugar beet.
Due to career progression of an existing team member a position has arisen for a conscientious arable operator.
Main duties will include drilling and fertiliser spreading as well as relief cultivation work and other associated tasks.
You will be part of a small team reporting to the farm manager.
Applications from experience operators as well as those wishing to progress and develop their career will be welcomed.
Full training and support will be given to the right candidate.
