Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to join our Global Compensation Services and Payroll team to work with our Total Comp technology solution - a fast-growing tech scale-up environment. This role is pivotal to delivering tailored global payroll and mobility compliance solutions for our clients, supporting them with end-to-end compensation and tax compliance for their mobile workforce. You will work closely with clients, applying your expertise in global mobility compensation management and expatriate compliance to implement technology solutions, streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure excellence in service delivery.

Your responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with multiple clients, managing client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring data collection, processing, and distribution are completed on schedule and align with KPIs and SLAs.

Lead client projects and consult on process improvement, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Conduct comprehensive payroll data validations, including reconciliation analysis, to identify and mitigate high-risk areas.

Manage client-specific requirements, including payroll mapping, global cost tracking, and turnaround times from payroll and third-party vendors.

Support clients with accurate year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and other compliance-related documentation.

Utilize data analytics to develop insights and assist clients in making informed decisions on their mobility programs.

Identify process automation opportunities and collaborate with tech teams to implement innovative solutions.

Provide management, mentorship and training to junior team members in a multi-geographic hybrid structure, fostering skill development and a collaborative team environment.

Our requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in global mobility, expatriate tax, or global payroll management.

Experience managing hybrid teams across multiple geographical locations.

Strong background in managing complex datasets, particularly compensation data for mobile employees.

Proficiency with digital tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, data analysis tools, data visualization software, and project management applications.

Understanding of global payroll compliance and expatriate tax knowledge

Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver outstanding customer service and manage complex client relationships effectively.

Experience in overseeing end-to-end client projects with a focus on quality and risk management.

Proven track record of working in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities, and proactively managing responsibilities.
