Your Tasks Freight planning, processing special cases.
Raise and Issue relevant paperwork to selected 3rd parties transport companies.
Instruct 3rd party agents accordingly to adhere HMRC procedures and policy are followed when acting on EGGER's behalf.
Evaluations (monthly benchmarks, ad-hoc reports).
Out-of-hours support and absence cover.
Match suitable part-loads together within defined geographical and time constraints.
Advise Customer Service / Sales of delays or difficulties.
Liaise with Sales and Finance in case of credit-blocked deliveries.
Provide customers with notice-of-delivery when required.
In-house systems training e.g.
SAP, BO-Analysis Our Requirements Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Reasonable standard of secondary education.
