About the Role:
We are looking for a Jewellery & Diamond Customer Care Advisor to join our growing team.
This diverse and exciting role will expose you to all aspects of the jewellery industry.
You will play a key part in delivering the high standard of service our customers expect while supporting various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service through email, phone, and live chat.
Assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Managing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Creating engaging content for social media to promote our brand.
Communicating with the workshop to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Contributing ideas and support to the jewellery design process.
Key Attributes:
No previous experience in the jewellery industry is required.
