Therapeutic Services Manager For Complex Needs

Outcomes First Group is a leading provider of special needs education and care in the UK.
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a THERAPEUTIC SERVICES MANAGER FOR COMPLEX NEEDS .
This role will involve working with adults and children who have intellectual disabilities, autism, and additional needs such as complex trauma and mental health issues.
The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy, substantial post-qualification experience, and skills in data management.
They will also be able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapeutic services.
We offer a competitive salary of £ 40,000 - 60,000 per annum , depending on experience, plus benefits including a £2,000 training allowance , life assurance, pension scheme, and flexible benefits platform.
