£12.00 per hour 4 nights per week Shift pattern: 8pm8am We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team at The Oaks Care Home part of the Sandstone Care Group.
Located in Newtown Powys our stateoftheart purposebuilt nursing and residential home provides exceptional care to residents in a luxurious setting.
Opened in January 2020 this 73bed home features a coffee shop/bistro hair and nail salon separate dining and lounge areas activities room and landscaped gardens.
With cuttingedge care planning and nursecall technology we offer unrivaled standards of care.
As a Care Practitioner at The Oaks you'll be joining a forwardthinking team excited about the future.
We are recruiting individuals with diverse skill sets to help us continue providing exceptional care to our residents supporting their independence and wellbeing.
Responsibilities as a Care Practitioner include: Participating in required training Assisting residents with personal care hygiene meals and daily activities Providing emotional support and companionship Encouraging residents to engage in activities that align with their hobbies preferences and abilities Maintaining high standards of care within the home Collaborating with the team to ensure residents' needs are met Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform.

However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
