Role Highlights: Therapeutic Education Practitioner position in London , starting immediately Full-time, temporary long-term role, 8.30 am 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday Travel expenses covered within working hours, plus lunch expenses when with students Regular CPD, meetings, and resources provided on Fridays at The Boathouse Studios, Barking Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students, building trust and resilience Lead community-based sessions, with flexibility to travel across London as needed Maintain professional boundaries while fostering healthy, therapeutic relationships Engage with project-based learning groups, supporting varied educational needs Candidate Requirements: Experience with young people with SEMH, ACEs, ASC, sensory, or communication difficulties Trauma-informed understanding of therapeutic education and behavioural support Solution-focused, resilient, and reflective approach Strong relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on creating positive change Ability to travel as required, with reliable attendance at the Barking hub for Friday sessions Join us as a Therapeutic Education Practitioner in London , where youll make a lasting difference in students' lives.
