Role and Responsibilities: Producing and managing staff rotas, ensuring all calls are covered.
Liaising with hospitals, GPs, social services, and families to ensure the best care for service users.
Conducting assessments and reviews to maintain top care standards.
Managing on-call duties and weekend work on arotabasis.
What Were Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in domiciliary care isessential.
Skills: Strong IT skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.
Requirements: A full drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
What You Need: Driving Licence and Transport: Must be a driver with your own transport.
Experience: Previous experience in rota management and scheduling, and a proven track record in coordinating within a domiciliary care setting.
