Testing & Inspection - Business Development Manager

Location: Neston, Wirral (Cheshire, UK)Salary – £35,000 - £40,000 based on experience plus performance-based bonus.
Regular company incentives.The client is a leading working-at-height subcontractor specialising in permanentroof access & fall protection equipment.As part of the Testing & Inspection Sales team, the Business Development Manager will beresponsible for driving new sales to grow our existing customer base.This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic and professional environment witha very real opportunity for progression within a fast-growing organisation.Responsibilities: - Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs, and developingproposals to address these needs.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, newpartnerships or new products and services.
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
- Pipeline & Account Management using sales CRM.
- Reporting to the Sales & Estimating manager.Key Characteristics: - The ability to sell ideas, products, and services.
