We've achieved a lot but there's so much more we can do; we need a Test Automation Engineer to help us maintain quality as we scale our products to help more and more people.
Job Summary As a Test Automation Engineer at Bionical Solutions, you will join a cross functional Product development team and lead the design, implementation and evolution of a new test suite around our a variety of new products for customers in the healthcare sector.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, driving test automation strategies, and continuously improving our testing processes and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities · Framework Development: Build and maintain scalable and efficient automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
· Test Case Creation: Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive automated test cases to ensure appropriate coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
· Test Execution: Lead the testing of software applications for client projects, executing tests, recording test results, and logging defects for new developments, changes, and bug fixes.
· Test Automation Strategy: Work with your team to implement a robust test automation strategy that aligns with the overall quality assurance goals.
· Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, insights teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate automated testing into the development process.
· Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
· Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of automated test scripts.
· Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and continuously improve the automation processes and tools.

Qualifications · Ideally educated to degree level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing web applications.
· Experience in both structured manual testing and test automation.
· Experience using programming languages such as .Net or JavaScript.
· Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
