A strong work ethic A successful track record in your academic, professional or personal life A desire to grow as an individual Responsibilities in this role are: Move Ins: Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional, timely and friendly manner Responding to enquiries via e-mail promptly Proactive working relationship with your Lettings colleagues Carry out audits on property listings before they go on the market Prioritising work to meet all deadlines set by the move in dates Working with our referencing partner and tenants to ensure references are completed promptly Ensure the highest attention to detail is paid with regards to compliance tasks such as tenant details, tenancy agreements, deposit registrations, right to rent checks, safety certificates, and compliance Working closely with the Property Management team to deal with tenant requests ahead of move ins Produce tenancy agreements through our Customer Relationship Management system Arrange inventories and utility switching services for managed properties Renewals: Discuss renewal details with Tenants and Landlords prior to sending out renewal agreements through our Customer Relationship Management system Ensure the highest attention to detail is paid with regards to compliance tasks such as tenant details, tenancy agreements, deposit registrations, right to rent checks, safety certificates, and compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
