Our client, a leading Software Solutions organisation based in Manchester City Centre, is seeking a Temporary Administrator to join their team.
You will play a crucial role in supporting their operations with a wide range of tasks.

Responsibilities include: Preparing the kitchen for the team each Tuesday morning, ensuring breakfast goods and fresh fruit are stocked.
Keeping the office and kitchen areas tidy, organising loose papers and equipment.
Refilling the drinks stock in the fridge from the pantry.
Replenishing sweets jars in the meeting rooms, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment.
Setting up and clearing meeting rooms before and after scheduled meetings.
Greeting clients using the intercom and offering them refreshments upon arrival.
Liaising with cleaning staff and ensuring general office maintenance.
