We are now looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following vacant position: TEMPORARY MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR – RETAIL MARKETING (6-9 Months) Role: As part of the EMEA team, the job-holder will primarily support the Marketing team for Retail Audio, focusing on administrative tasks and coordination.
You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, manage various marketing systems and administrative processes, and facilitate the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
As an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth collaboration and efficient execution of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate administrative duties supporting retail marketing, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Maintain the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure digital assets are up-to-date and correctly organised.
This includes, but is not limited to, verifying file details, organising folders, setting user permissions, uploading new assets, adding assets shared by the Global team, and managing user access.
• Gather translations for all marketing copy provided by the marketing team for retail audio.
This involves working with internal and external teams to collect and review translations, ensuring accuracy before distribution.
• Respond to incoming marketing enquiries and facilitate collaboration or forwarding to relevant stakeholders to provide timely and accurate responses.
• Fulfil incoming product sample requests, promptly organising delivery and tracking, and communicating updates to requesters in a timely manner.
• Working with the Marketing Manager for Retail Audio, submit and track pre-production product samples to be sent out to various stakeholders prior to product launches, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support the creation and distribution of product launch packs to relevant stakeholders.
This includes coordinating with internal and external teams to create, translate, and distribute materials such as datasheets, press releases, packaging images, and comparison charts in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinating with the Marketing Manager for Retail Audio, provide general administrative support for ongoing and ad-hoc retail marketing activities, including briefing the graphics team, submitting invoices, distributing information, inputting data, and sending samples.
• Working closely with the Website Manager, facilitate the creation and translation of eCommerce content - including but not limited to product launch materials, newsroom and support articles, web campaign promotional landing pages, web banners and emails, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure all necessary materials are prepared and distributed to the appropriate channels efficiently.
• Assist the Marketing Manager for Retail Audio in compiling data for reports, including the quarterly report, ensuring all necessary information is accurately gathered and documented in a timely manner.
• Facilitate the creation and distribution of marketing catalogues and brochures by coordinating with the graphics team and relevant stakeholders efficiently.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: Essential: • Proven experience in an administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle enquiries and requests effectively.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
Desirable: • Previous experience in marketing or working within a marketing department, demonstrating familiarity with marketing principles, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in using Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and other relevant software tools.
• Knowledge of the consumer audio sector.
• Additional European language skills.
