Digital Account Manager

Digital Account Manager We're looking for a dynamic client facing Digital Account Manager to join an Edinburgh based Agency, with a diverse range of B2C and B2B clients.
This role would see someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role managing and shaping website development projects for clients, helping to drive forward and connect our clients with talented in-house teams in design, UX, strategy, and development.
What you'll do: Lead client accounts and ensure profitability and growth.
Drive strategic, data-driven decisions to meet and exceed client expectations.
Facilitate seamless collaboration between creative and development teams.
Oversee the direction and execution of high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing initiatives.
Present innovative solutions that tackle complex client challenges.
Provide regular reporting and insights using tools like GA4.
Conduct in person Discovery workshops, digital strategy sessions, and present findings to clients, delivering wrap-up sessions.
About you: Passionate about the digital industry and always bringing energy to projects.
Experienced in managing digital marketing performance and using reporting tools.
Commercially astute, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
A natural leader, self-starter, and an excellent communicator, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
