We are seeking a Telesales Operator to join our Customer Service team in Musgrave Market Place.
The successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday.
You will be part of a team of dedicated colleagues providing excellent customer focused service while working in an environment where your input is valued, and development needs met.
The purpose of the role is to ensure processing of orders within a timescale to meet our customers requirements whilst ensuring accuracy of products keyed, cross selling of products on promotions and new products available to a large portfolio of existing customers.
Reporting to the Team Lead in each division, the person appointed will be responsible for the following areas: Actively promote and market the Musgrave product range to new and existing customers.
Ensure customer retention and business growth through the provision of exceptional customer service.
Making pro-active telesales calls Taking orders/enquiries over phone Processing orders Informing customers of sales promotions Maximizing the distribution of Foodservice/Retail/Beverages to our client base.
Support BDMs with pricing, cold calling, and upselling Provide support in processing of credits Administrative duties to include logging on Remedy, opening new accounts and supporting on contract reviews
