Benefits: Competitive hourly pay Flexible working hours Opportunities for professional development and training About The Role Job Summary: The Part-Time Estimator and Parts Coordinator will be responsible for evaluating vehicle damage, creating precise repair estimates using Audatex and GT Motive software, and managing the ordering, tracking, and organization of parts for all repairs.
This position is ideal for a candidate with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in automotive estimating and parts handling.
Key Responsibilities: Estimating: Inspect vehicles to assess damage and generate accurate, detailed repair estimates using Audatex and GT Motive software.
Clearly communicate repair needs, timelines, and cost estimates to customers.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters to obtain necessary approvals, ensuring estimates meet Nigel Whann Accident Repair Centre and insurance standards.
Revise estimates as needed based on additional findings during the repair process, ensuring all updates are accurately documented in Audatex and GT Motive.
Parts Management: Coordinate the entire parts process.
Maintain an organized parts area, with clear labelling and tracking of parts for each job.
Handle parts returns, exchanges, and credits as required.
Communicate with suppliers to expedite orders or resolve parts-related issues to keep repairs on schedule.
