About the Academy of Excellence and Your Role In this exciting role, you will be working in the Sales Department for the Academy of Excellence.
The Academy of Excellence is a prestigious department within Phoenix that primarily focuses on offering World class training to become a close protection operative (bodyguard).
As a Telesales Executive, your main responsibility will be to deal with fresh hot and recent enquiries and sell our flagship Phoenix Close Protection Course, catering to individuals from diverse backgrounds who are interested in pursuing a career in close protection.
You will be provided with relevant training to excel in this position, and prior industry knowledge is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities: Sell Phoenix services, products, and courses to an established portfolio of hot leads and enquiries via telesales.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through outbound sales calls.
Proactively manage, monitor, and report on your leads portfolio and pipeline.
Efficiently prospect leads and prioritise workloads.
Promote internal and external incentives and marketing campaigns.
Liaise professionally with other internal departments.
Process sales orders accurately and promptly.
Provide sales, customer, or competitor information reports when needed.
Perform additional duties as required.
