Key Responsibilities: Manage the implementation of SaaS solutions for B2B and/or B2C clients.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure successful deployment.
Manipulate and analyze data using applications such as MS Excel.
Utilize SQL for data management and reporting.
Necessary Skills: Approximately 1-4 years in SaaS implementation.
B2B/B2Cbackground.
Demonstrable acumen in data manipulation using MS Excel or similar applications.
Proficiency in SQL is essential Desirable Skills: Skills using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.
Knowledge and familiarity in the Social Housing sector.
