Technology Implementation Specialist (Employee Benefits) Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + Quarterly Bonus Location: Remote/Hybrid  Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Join a Leading Team in Employee Benefits Technology GTS Finance is on the lookout for a Technology Implementation Specialist to partner with an innovative and client-focused employee benefits provider.
This role is perfect for those with a passion for employee benefits, technology-driven solutions, and client satisfaction.
As a key player on the platform implementation team, you'll be instrumental in guiding clients through the setup and integration of their benefits platform, delivering real value and ease to their benefits management journey.
About the Role In this dynamic role, you'll be the bridge between technical implementation and exceptional client service, managing the onboarding process from start to finish.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique benefit requirements, translating these into a smoothly functioning platform that simplifies and enhances their employee benefits management.
This includes everything from gathering technical specifications to training clients, and ensuring a seamless transition into the new system.
What You'll Be Doing Collaborating with advisers to build out tailored benefit structures.
Conducting requirements calls to gather comprehensive technical details from clients.
Offering proactive recommendations for benefits enhancements.
Training clients on platform usage and ensuring they are equipped for ongoing success.
Developing category and logic-based rules for benefits management.
Performing detailed error checks on monetary values, task logs, and employee data.
What You'll Bring to the Team Expertise in employee benefits platforms, with 5+ years in the employee benefits sector.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Confidence in liaising with senior client staff, combined with a professional and responsive approach.
Experience with Salesforce and payroll file handling.
A passion for client satisfaction and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
