Technician (Property)-Req03471

INTERNAL APPLICANTS MUST APPLY VIA MYSELFBased within the Council's Asset Management Team, you will work in a team whose purpose is the continual development and implementation of asset management planning for North Lanarkshire Council's property portfolio.
You will be required to assist in capturing, assessing and reporting on the Council's property performance as well as use the data to inform future investment programmes.
To succeed in this role you will be self-disciplined and motivated with an analytical approach to thinking and will have a SVQ3, HNC, General degree and be working towards a property related qualification.
Experience in an Asset Management environment is essential including knowledge of interpreting data to provide accurate reports and the maintenance of property databases and spreadsheets for statistical analysis.Knowledge and ability to undertake property performance assessments and experience of asset management ICT systems would be desirable for this role.As you will be categorised as a Hybrid Worker, your main place of work will be both your home address and Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell, ML1 1AB.Working here at North Lanarkshire CouncilIf you're considering a career with us, you'll be keen to know what's in it for you.
