Pertemps Redditch are currently recruiting for a Trainee Technical Advisor for a specialist industry, in Bidford On Avon.

Strong customer service skills are a must, a technical mind and an interest in motor vehicles are advantageous!
£30,000 Per Annum Full Time 5 Day Working Week – including weekend work on a rota basis 1 week in four working from home Driving License Required Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): - Responding to queries about products, services and cost within SLA's - Technical Support and training to dealers - CRM database maintenance and reporting - Daily file key management - Testing and product research - Support Workshop activities and dyno testing - The Ideal Candidate will have: - Strong IT skills including high knowledge of MS packages - Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal.
- Good customer Service and Telephone Manner - Time management and organisational skills is key within this role whilst still providing excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for IT and Tech!
- Automotive experience required.
