Technical Support Chemist

You'll drive efficient and effective development and customer support via CRM Sales Tool and Accolade system.
Some of your key responsibilities: You'll Support regional and project portfolio on Composite, Adhesive and Tooling businesses, in alignment with Business priorities.
You will manage and execute short/medium term Technical Service and development activities.
You'll develop and maintain a technical support activity that delivers customer technical support along the following axis: build knowledge of customer products and applications; Provide appropriate product recommendations; Support customer's new product qualification process.
You will be a key contributor to the development of the scientific expertise of Composite, Adhesive and Tooling businesses.
You'll translate customer requirements and application needs into direct product solutions in target markets and applications.
Implementing new products at customers in close cooperation with other functions (sales, marketing, R&D, and manufacturing) What do I need to be successful in this role?
We'd love for you to hold a degree or equivalent in Chemistry or a related subject.
You hold experience of scaling polymer manufacture to pilot and production scales.
You have a strong understanding of the practical application of commonly used composite manufacturing techniques and processes You're adept at working within a laboratory environment with previous experience in providing technical support to the businesses and their customers.
You are a strong communicator, someone who can clearly and effectively communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels both verbally and in writing.
