Technical Services Manager As part of the Alpine long-term plan to compete for F1 World Championships we are looking to add to our talented team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence.
We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to organise and oversee maintenance across our extensive site at Enstone, determining appropriate responses and planning preventative and reactive maintenance as required.
The Role Key Accountabilities in this role will be: Providing 'First Fix' support for production equipment and test rigs to ensure continuity of operation.
Maintain and develop relationships with key technical partners to improve scope & service delivery.
Provide technical support to the project delivery team and operation heads of departments.
Review and update the appropriate asset list for the department.
Create and manage effective planned maintenance regimes for operational equipment.
Optimise the use CAFM and Help Desk applications and report on key metrics.
Compile Root Cause Analysis reports for any significant event.
The Person The successful candidate will ideally have a relevant electrical or mechanical qualification with a hands-on approach to facilities maintenance.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical plant will be essential.
You will be confident in a team environment with the ability to lead and organise a small team.
Your communication will be excellent along with your ability to plan and prioritise tasks and projects.
