Job Title: Technical Service Owner (EPM, HCM, Procurement) Location: Remote Contract Duration: 6-12 Months Overview: We are seeking experienced Technical Service Owners for three key areas: EPM, HCM, and Procurement.
These roles are critical as we enter the recovery phase following an Oracle Cloud implementation.
Ideal candidates will possess a robust skill set and the confidence to navigate challenges and drive system efficiency within the business.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the optimization and enhancement of systems to ensure alignment with business needs post-implementation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party System Integrator (SI) partners to address issues and implement improvements.
Act as a primary point of contact for business areas, facilitating communication and feedback to enhance system performance.
Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks, effectively managing stakeholder expectations and relationships.
Champion the adoption of best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the relevant service areas.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Service Owner or similar role, specifically with EPM, HCM, or Procurement systems.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications and their functionalities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Confident, assertive, and able to make tough decisions when necessary to drive performance and efficiency.
Experience working in a recovery phase or post-implementation environment is highly desirable.
