Responsibilities: Work with business solution teams to gather improvement ideas and define reporting requirements.Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into business performance.Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and cloud services.Collaborate with business units to ensure the delivery of actionable insights and automated recurring reports for improved efficiency.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data quality across all reporting systems.Troubleshoot reporting systems and address any issues that arise.Create ad-hoc reports to drive informed business decisions.Write training manuals and technical documentation for reporting processes.Uphold health and safety standards in your work environment.Perform any other tasks as required by management. Experience: Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst, specifically in report development, data modeling, and DAX functions.Proficiency in SQL and experience in writing complex queries.Strong skills in data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple sources.Knowledge of data governance practices and best practices in data management.Experience working with API integrations, Azure Data Lake, and cloud services.Ability to visualize data and deliver impactful insights to stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
