The role We're excited to invite a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Lead Configuration Analyst.
As the leader of our configuration analyst team within our Insurance Middle Funnel Squad, you'll coach and mentor a team of configuration analysts.
The team is responsible for integrating our SaaS platform with new insurance providers and optimising the platform for ease of use for our insurance brokers.
The SaaS platform is low code with a front-end driven by HTML, CSS, and Java Script.   In this role, you'll thrive in an agile environment, working closely with our forward-thinking Product team and reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.  Together, we'll build, scale, and continuously enhance our Insurance Platform experience, with a laser focus on making buying business insurance radically easier and reassuringly right.    Day-to-day Responsibilities: Line manage a small team of platform configuration analysts, actively guiding their personal growth and development  Ensure the overall quality of the platform improves, by promoting code consistency and improved quality to development  Provide technical direction to the team, ensuring best practices are followed  Work closely with other Tech Leads from other engineering teams within the business to support Bionic's overall Technical Strategy  Maintain alignment with other squads and reaching consensus on technology decisions   Drive the Test Automation strategy   Craft and own the squad's technical roadmap   Be hands-on with the platform configuration work  The interview process Initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition Team 1st stage interview with the Hiring Manager 2nd stage interview with Technical Assessment   About Bionic Group Bionic has over 700 people working across three office locations and four businesses; Bionic - London, Bionic Outbound – Luton, Think Business Loans – Chelmsford, and Smart – Field based agents.
