As part of this, we are seeking a Technical Programme Manager to lead one of Northern Irelandss most significant public sector digital transformation projects.

The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Programme Manager to lead the technical execution their implementation project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of software development projects within contractual constraints Manage the customer and external stakeholder relationships Work closely with the engineering team and clients to understand the overall business and technology needs Develop comprehensive project plans Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Manage the members of the delivery team Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Proven working experience as a programme/project manager in the information technology sector Proven experience of the successful delivery of large (£10M+), complex projects under contractual constraints Experience of managing large-scale Public Sector projects Experience of managing teams of 10+ resources, including responsible for team member line management Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary: £70,000-£90,000 Strong benefits package Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, fast-paced environment A supportive team and a chance to grow with a company that values innovation and talent Skills: Project Management Programme Management Software Integrations Prince2 Benefits: Annual Bonus / 13th Cheque Pension Fund Performance Bonus Medical Aid / Health Care
