As part of their continued growth, they're looking for a Technical Print Machine Service Engineer to join their dynamic and welcoming technical support team.

Are you the right person for the job?
Education & Experience: Relevant technical qualifications (mechanical/electrical).
Prior experience in the print or packaging sector (preferred).
Skills & Competencies: Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Full, clean driving licence (ability to tow a trailer is a bonus).
Desirable Skills: Hands-on experience with print finishing and packaging machinery.
Familiarity with network-based remote support and software troubleshooting.
Ability to stay calm and resolve technical issues under pressure while maintaining a customer-first approach.
What will your role look like?
Provide remote and onsite technical support for our print finishing and packaging machinery ranges.
Conduct machinery demonstrations, installations, and customer training sessions.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software faults, minimising downtime.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service at every step.
Collaborate with overseas manufacturers to implement technical solutions.
Support the sales team at trade shows, customer events, and other promotional activities.
Maintain and manage vehicle parts stock, ensuring maximum first-time fixes.
