Job Advert: Technical Manager Location: Hull Area Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday (Day Shift) Industry: Food On Behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities: ? Lead the technical team to ensure compliance with AA BRC standards.
? Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
? Monitor and improve food safety and quality processes.
? Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance.
? Liaise with regulatory bodies and customers on quality-related issues.
? Train and mentor staff on best practices in food safety and quality management.
Qualifications: ? Proven track record in achieving and maintaining AA BRC grading.
? Relevant degree or equivalent experience in food science or related field.
? Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills.
? Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
