This is a wonderful opportunity for an Administrator/PA with a few years' administrative experience, to work closely with the business in a fast moving and dynamic role, offering fantastic opportunities for growth and career developmentAs Team PA you will work closely with the EA/Office Manager in supporting the directors in range of business and personal work.
You will have ideally worked in a professional, boutique organisation and be comfortable working in a small close-knit team.Key Team PA duties:PA support to co-founders including extensive diary and meeting managementInternational travel arrangements for directors (as well as their families)Liaison with high profile stakeholdersSupporting all administrative needs and correspondenceExpense managementProject administration and document productionSome operational support including assisting with onboarding, HR etcAssisting in organising events, lunches and partiesMeeting and greeting clients and setting up meeting rooms and AV equipmentRunning personal errands and assisting in private duties Key skills and experienceWe are looking for a bright and professional individual with 2 years' experience gained in an administrative role ideally within a boutique financial services environment, but this is not essential as it's all about the right skillset and attitude.This role does involve an element of private work including support to the directors' families at times such as birthdays, buying gifts and private travel so it is important the candidate is comfortable with this.
