Job summary The CYP Urgent Support Team is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and engaged health professional to support our service into it's next stage of development.Following rapid growth and development of this innovative service, we require the right person to maintain the level of our service delivery whilst engaging with system partners to ensure we are working in collaboration to deliver a responsive service.
Main duties of the job To manage, lead and be accountable for the provision of high-quality effective leadership and management of the team and ensure an optimum level of safe and effective patient care within budgetary resources.
Develop the team with a multidisciplinary approach and using developed managerial and leadership skills to promote excellent working practice., promoting the rights of service users in line with national and regional strategies.
About us CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Educated to degree level in a health or social care qualification Post-graduate level nationally recognised course relevant to the post Evidence of actively consolidating professional experience through continuous professional development Evidence of leadership course/training Desirable Coaching and Mentoring.
Recognised management qualification to level 7 or equivalent management experience and training.
Masters or equivalent level qualification in health/social care.
Knowledge and Expertise Essential To possess specialist knowledge across a range of relevant procedures underpinned by theory Knowledge of social and care health legislation and ability to apply knowledge appropriately.
