About the Role:As a Services Manager, you will: Lead a team using a coaching model to promote independence and quality care.Work closely with the people we support and their families to ensure effective communication and high-quality support.Manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.Drive improvement and quality assurance across services, with a focus on high standards.
View the full Job Description About You: We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate: Skills in coaching, team development, and person-centered supportConfidence in managing budgets, compliance, and operationsCommitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement in service delivery3-5 years in social care with strong knowledge of autism and introductory understanding of Studio III's Low Arousal ApproachSVQ Level 4 in Health/Social Care or equivalent, with management experience.
