Team Leader Housing/Hostel

Location: Bradford Salary: £24,500 Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Car Driver: Essential We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our Housing and Hostel team.
In this role, you will lead and support a team in providing high-quality accommodation services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the housing and hostel services.
Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring effective service delivery.
Work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Support residents in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.
Qualifications: Experience working in housing or hostel settings, particularly with vulnerable populations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
A valid driving license is essential for this role.
