About the Role A fantastic new role has arisen for a recent graduate or college leaver with up to six months experience to join this dynamic, boutique executive consulting firm in Soho.
As part of this small but well established team you will be an integral part of their growing business and its team.
Day to day you will be helping with phones, general admin, writing content for the website and helping with onboarding new clients.
You must be someone who loves the idea of being in a fast paced, buzzy office and who adapts to change and thrives when no two days are the same.
Your key tasks will be supporting the leadership team across their diary commitments, scheduling meetings and ad hoc support across the business.
There is no limit to what you can be involved in so if you are keen to learn then the world is your oyster As Team Assistant you will need to be a self-starter and highly self-motivated with bags of energy and a genuine interest in getting involved in all aspects of the business.
You will be the go to person in the team and as well as liaise with clients so curiosity and initiative are key traits needed.
If you have an interest in coordinating events and coming up with ideas for new initiatives to drive the business you will be able to really make your mark.
There is huge scope for an energetic team player to take on more responsibility.
The role would suit a recent graduate with even some work experience who is looking for their first role but attitude is key over experience.
Responsibilities Diary management for senior team Telephone answering and filtering calls Events and offsites to coordinate - offsites/client meetings etc Manage the office – invoices/meeting rooms etc.
Client liaison and working with the wider team on projects/research Assisting in formatting contracts/documents/updating website etc Ad hoc support to the Office Manager Pay range and compensation package Salary to £30,000, 25 days holiday, Hybrid working (after probationary period), Pension, Perkbox, Social events, Monthly team lunch, Snacks and breakfast in office


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
